My 'volunteer' backup plan in case the hova doesn't work magic, I lifted her up today, pretty scary thought she was going to bite, didn't, didn't even move, like a breathing statue except for the growling. Nine eggs under 'miss growly pants'


Put the 19 white giant eggs I had in the inc, so much more room, hmm, other coop eggs are fertile, have my extra giant cockerel in there, put in five giant/silkie crosses, and Alaskan suggested white eggs for easier candling, I had two I hadn't put in the fridge yet and found another, three giant/gl polish crossed eggs, might make for interesting looking birds. So 27 in hova, fingers crossed

My boys have run off with all of the finger nail clippers.... I hate my fingernails long...but
I don't like ripping them off (ripping off toe nails is fine) humpf....maybe I will chew them off.. Humpf again.
