Last night was the 3rd night I've slept with one eye open. 2 years ago the raccoons put a major dent in my flock. I got one raccoon last night. I'll be back out there tonight. Darn things just keep coming back. Thankfully they have not got any from my flock this time.......but they are trying, and I'm trying to avoid that.

Found some chicks ALIVE under my shed. Now to figure out how to get them out

We are going to spray them with the water hose and try to corral them
