Agreed, but able bodied folk are meant to be industrious. The impact of a German mother lasts a lifetime.

My mother could sit down in a chair and doze off in less than a minute. I can't do that, but I guess I inherited her love of naps.

I nap... have always been able to sleep when I get a chance or get comfortable... I can sleep in the shower till the cold water wakes me up.

I would so love to be productive and out doors and build things and creating art.... I have shoved that part of myself down a deep dark hole for now.

The kicker was being called foolish for window shopping refrigerators

I hurt all over so am taking otc stuff and sleeping alot... She cant take away my dreams...

I have a doctors appointment on the 19th and will ask. I may try for a referral to a psychologist as well. Being a care giver for 100 year old type A personality during Christmas time wears me down. But there IS other stuff going on. I am NOT self destructive contrary to that I am very very good with coping mechanisms. But I tend to Stuff emotions.

I do take Tylenol in conjunction on occasion Lerned that in the ER when I had Trench mouth once. Doc was buisy nurse came up with Three tablets Tylenol and Motrin... By the time the doc came up to talk to me the pain was gone. Tylenol along with an Nsaid is what she said was her nurses cocktail for pain. One is for pain one is for inflammation.

Thank you and I appreciate it...  I got a good nights sleep and woke up with a normal amount of pain...  Shoulders knees back and NOW feet.   Alieve works if I take the prescribed maximum of three tabs per day.  Up till now I have been taking two.   I never go over the prescribed dosages.
