Dixie Chicks

Apparently the real trick for easy peel eggs is submerge into boiling water. Seems to work for me. I don't know...

I've got a pretty cool way of boiling eggs if yall wanna try sometime! I just put the eggs in the pot and fill with water, then bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling turn the heat off and time for 15 minutes. ( or 10 depending on the egg size) you don't have to keep the stove on the entire time!!

ok back and out of the first counciling session......think it went ok was interesting tried to get councilor talk mostly as she was talking was watching my son he started to shut down and I inturpted and managed to help him realize we weren't there to pick on him we were just discussing things ect......@Sharps Big 50 and I have to do homework together to discuss consequences of his actions and choices...

I've heard that before... Does it work when you boil large quantities of eggs too? Or do you bring the water back to a boil before turning it off?
