wow scareyI have 21 pages to catch up on!Not going to happen today! Little girl is off school for MLK day. Well, I get a call at 2:30am....co-worker sick
. Can I come in and do the deposit? REALLY?!?! My 1st day of vacation.....or not. So, got the little girl up and flew to work. I don't know how they felt about me bringing her to work, and don't care
. DH had to go to work and couldn't wait on me to get home. She was a good helper though. I'll have to add more to her allowance next Sunday. I'm sure she will invoice me for it. LOL!![]()
Did everyone see the huge pile up wreck and the guy who was sandwiched between 2 semis? OH WOW! So blessed he is. His name is Kaleb Whitby. I don't know how to link any links onto here, but do a search. His Chevy Silverado was a big pile of curled up metal. It is absolutely incredible that he survived.
We bought the property about 2 years ago. The previous owner had illegal (and stolen) electricity hooked up to it. I am exploring various options including solar power. But yes....if i had legit electricity...it would be coolI think maybe that our dog runs around the metal grate, or jumps over it, to avoid it. However, it doesn't cut feet.... my kids run over t all the time, barefoot, in the winter. As to resale value, here everyone loves them. I have seen even some nice houses with metal grates. There was one house where they had a bridge to the front door, the last part of the bridge was solid metal grate, and so their dog had to always walk over it, and their dog had no issues with it. It was a nice house too. No one over there uses the metal grates????? V, that picture you showed,
A bit fancier version of what I was talking about, when you put the grate on the inside. Very handy. OOOH! What about a long one under the bottom shoe rack level? Where all of the snowy boots could be put on a super long grate, that would contain all of the melting snow. And yep, I guess you could just use a boot tray.... but the grate sounds cooler. How can this be bama's man cave????
