Divorce is hard on everyone. My grown son was slung in the muck through my divorce. UGH! Poor kids. Poor you. He (son) is married now, lives just down the road from me and I see him, or talk to him weekly. Ex and I had "shared parenting" but ex would pull stuff like, "I can't bring him tonight, car broke down", "He is spending the night with friend", or just not be there and not answer the phone. It was a hard fight.
Now on 2nd marriage. 10yearsThings will turn around for you. Just keep your head up.

I had one that would not quit hitting my window. I thought it might break the window or hurt itself so I took a bed sheet and hung it outside to block the view. It only took one day and then I took the sheet down. He never came back....he thought he had chased off the one I guess.I've got this cardinal that lives in the arborvitae tree by the bedroom. It won't quit attacking his reflection. He's been doing that since November. Since the windows have trees in front and the nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away, there weren't curtains up. But, I put some up because of this cardinal. I've named him Big Red. He is still at it. If I'm not up by sunrise, he's there shortly after!![]()

What's wrong with rabbit feed? You could probably give them those alfalfa pellets or cubes. One of those big horse size bags of cubes/pellets is about $13 here. Plus it's a hard chew for rabbits. Rabbits do need a hard chew as their teeth grow for ever. If teeth grow too long they can no longer eat but can easily avoided by given them hard chews.JWB, Karin has been researching supplemental feed for the bunnies, along with grass and hay, and some chewable stuff like carrots etc, you can apparently get a pretty balanced diet with horse feed. Since a bunny has a lot smaller appetite than a horse, it would be quite cheap too. Just need to find something that suits them.
Thank you, all of you... It's been long and hard, and gonna be longer and harder but I refuse to give up... I am very lucky to have Jim by my side now, he is unfailing in his support, even when my hope is low...
Thank you for the support as well... Every bit helps...
