Favourite cheese is a well aged Brie, must be nice and runny... As a kid cheese was a big NO NO unless it was on pizza, I am coming around!

Our current favourite house wine is the Barefoot Moscato. Beer is more a work thing. Usually with co-workers, a beer after work or if the boss comes over to my place..

Hard liquor: currently set on Caesars! Add a dash of beer and bbq sauce for a little extra flavour too sometimes if hubby drinks the rest of the beer

but he doesn't drink much if any at all.

I don't know if you can get it in other states cause I know it is farmer owned(co-op)
But my favorite sharp cheddar is McAdams Adirondack seriously sharp and Cabots Hunters seriously sharp with the red plaid package. Both good and strong. I've tried some from a small cheese maker Jewett's Cheese house that ages it from one year all the way up to twenty years. I tried one they called Rip VanWinkle that was twenty years old, $35 a pound (I didn't by it).

My favorite cheese is cheddar or mozzarella. ( I know pretty simple) Favorite wine is anything sweet: moscato or sweet red. Beer: sierra Nevada

Morning! My fermented feed exploded everywhere even though I took some out oops... Mozzarellas good, it's versatile.

[Beer can]

We have a dairy farm, old German couple who make Tilsit cheese, a semi hard washed rind aged cheese. They have it in plain, caraway,dill,jalapeño,hops,beer,basil+tomato,rosemary, and I haven't tried these two yet; black tea, or lavender. They also have a guy that comes in once a week and makes those mozzarella cheese balls, mmm good.
Favorite beer, homebrew stout or pale ale, second favorite, whatever's CHEAP, right now Labatt ice at .99cents a 24oz can. That $3 a six pack!

I don't understand how people are able to let food sit for 20 years. I know for some things good flavour takes time, but don't you wonder after even a few months if it's still good? Or can I eat it yet?
