No my silkies seem to do pretty well with the rest of the crew. I worry a little more because they are broody more and are right now again during the extreme cold. And this time they have separated.
Lucie and Ethyl aren't friends this time. I'm afraid they won't eat enough to keep them healthy and warm. But they seem OK. They ventured out on some straw I put outside for the girls to walk on. (Otherwise all the girls here are afraid of the white stuff).
They don't take up much space and only recently did one go up to the roost with the big girls. And they are so cute and friendly. Except Lucie this time while being broody, she doesn't want me to touch her or her imaginary eggs.
But her peck is not much either.
