I know I have the Marans

, and they have big combs, but I don't want to get another big comb breed.

You are right though, Legbars might sell well.....

If I go wacko and decide to do another breed, I would get a large fowl Ameraucana.


This last hatch though.... a pain I tell you, a pain.

It makes me think that I should decide to get rid of the Dominique or the Leghorn, and only do one or the other...........

I don't like the tufts or the whole 'being rumpless' thing. 

I think the rumpless part is cute... but I actually do prefer the non-tufted...

actually, the rumpless doesn't bother me.... but I wonder if that makes it harder for them to fertilize the eggs?
