Ravyn, ever notice a link between the coffee and head aches? I was going through 3-4 pots per day at one point, and got real bad head aches when my intake was low. Stopped the coffee for a while and cut down to smaller amounts, and it helped.

Caffeine or excessive salt rocks my skull.

Good morning vehve!, and good night to me! I like my good morning coffee but the rest of the day, it really doesn't matter. I sometimes drink three pots a day. But sometimes only drink a few good morning cups. When it gets hot in the summer, way less coffee and lots more plain water, and I do not, completely dislike, can't drink, soda or those disgusting energy drinks. Beer is good though, Lol!

Felix, I thought about that quite a while back, but no, doesn't seem to affect me like that... I don't usually do a lot of sweets, and do not add sugar to anything... but when I binge on anything high sugar, I get awful headaches... not migraines, but close...
I used to get migraines often when I was younger, now is not so much... kinda get them around season changes mostly now, or during high stress times...
Spring is the worst tho... that is when I get severe clusters and sinus pressure/headaches as well...

It can be horrible... I was about 17 or 18 when one of my wisdom teeth started acting up. Took almost half a year before I finally realized what was causing the migraines and got the tooth removed at the dentist, but up until then, I used to get migraines that kept getting worse until I got really bad episodes where light hurt my eyes and I could hardly function. When the tooth was removed, so were the migraines.

Hilma's nesting project has continued. We just sat and watched her for ten minutes as she pulled fur off of herself and carried it down into her warren. Even though she's pretty fat at this point, she has enough room to turn in there, so it's definitely quite big. We're on day 27 today, so basically the kits should plop out any day between tomorrow and Sunday. I've got about 2Gb of video of her pulling her fur off, I'll post some videos a bit later. It's pretty cute.

I'm still waiting on the swedish flower to hatch. I got anxious and broke the top of the shell to see if it was alive. It is. Rubbed the membrane down in neosporin.

Why neosporin on the membrane? I won't go into my detailed rant, but in short, you're producing antibiotic resistant bacteria, and at some point when you might yourself be in need of antibiotics, they might not work on you.

Another interesting thing about antibacterials. A study was conducted in Spain, the Netherlands and Finland, involving 7000 children. The subject of the study was to see if there was a link in respiratory illnesses found in children and the use of chlorine to sanitize bathrooms. The study noted that Spain, where about 72% of bathrooms are cleaned with bleach had about 25% more respiratory issues than Finland, where only about 7% of bathrooms are cleaned with bleach, and weaker solutions are favored instead. I'm not completely sure about the numbers as I read this last week and I didn't look them up again, but it was pretty close to what I posted.

Here's another one. Here she's ripped off quite a lot of fur and takes it down. After this she went upstairs for a rest. Later she had sealed the entrance again. All the fur you see on the ground had disappeared too.
