Sprry, I've been busy selling ducklings and trying to make sure everyone's taken care of here. Had 2 more Ancona hatch while I was gone. Have 9 keepers and 2 more for sale.

How do you use your horseradish beer can?

I don't use it much. Bacon horseradish dip. Shaved on roast beef, mix it with mayo on leftover roast beef sandwiches. I found for the best potency just peel the root back for what your going to use and use the fine part of a cheese grater. Put the root in a plastic bag and then a small paper one and store in the fridge. My father inlaw grinds his with a hand meat grinder, requires safety glasses and you will have snot down to your knees. Have to go 'Last man on Earth' is on.

Imagine that I had 25 to begin with, 9 of these are keepers. The tri and one of the lesser marked blacks is sold just gotta catch up with the person to sell. I sold the rest today.
