but Welsummers hatch in the wild type chipmunk stripes too, so ARE autosexing... after you do it for a bit...


From what I understood, they used to be autosexing but the lines got muddied and most you can no longer sex at hatch... that's why feed stores sell them as straight run... but there are still a few good lines of them that are... but a well known genetics guru on here absolutely insists that the are not autosexing... so idk... :/
 
Don't want to move here jem, taxes high, few jobs, a Governor signing tough gun laws that even our Sheriff Association's have spoke out publicly against. He's heading down to Cuba to hang out with Castro now.
