haha maybe we can trade eggs laterI'll trade you one leg horn chick for this brahma.![]()
come on, just make it a whole long tail collection!
I know! I always end up with 5 roosters and 1 hen. I about died when I realized they all look like pullets but that brown split!
I'd wait for the egg in the incubator so long as it isnt smelling cracking or seeping should be okIn a chicken egg it would be a goner , should be a small circle rather and it should be moving , in a duck egg ? never had ducks so ??
It is stories like this that make me wonder how "chicken" ever got to be a term for someone afraid of something. I know mine can be skittish at times but the will take on the cats for food or space and the cats give way to them.Your sheep obviously know who rules the roost!![]()
@BriardChickens I'd call that duck egg dead of that black spot isn't moving. It looks stuck to the shell.
the black spot isn't moving and it's almost the size of a loonie! In a chicken egg it would be a goner , should be a small circle rather and it should be moving , in a duck egg ? never had ducks so ??
there is a slight off putting smell in the incubator... I wasn't too sure at first, but I am thinking it's this one.haha maybe we can trade eggs laterthe cockerel is even better looking then she is
