Just snapped the scapes off my German Porcelin this afternoon (my Russian isn't quite that far along yet) got enough off the first 75 plants to have stirfry tomorrow and blanch some to add to my fresh beans on Monday and toss into the fresh Kale salad as well!

I was thinking of doing some kinda pesto with them...............do they have to be removed for the garlic to develope better?

Well, I for one am happy to have you join our thread... have read many of your posts, seminolewind, and you give good advice with an open mind and good intentions... thank you for all the great info and suggestions you've posted...
