you know if you wanted to you could use duct tape to make bands around the barrel then use Glue to fasten the verticle pieces of wood ... then if you had a baning tool you could band the wood above and below where its glued.... After that you could put a lid of wood on top... Now you have a stealth rain barrel...

which reminded me I got some food grade buckets..I want to set up for some dw hyydro for a couple tomatoes in the greenhouse...
