I as raised in Texas, I LOVE the heat!   BRING IT ON!!!!!!

So why you keep your house so cold in the winter? ;)

i like to save money :D

Picked up my eggs yesterday....:hit i'e never seen someone put eggs into plastic egg holders, put batting on the top and bottom and off they go.

Not a successful shipment. 3 good eggs, 1 cracked but willing to give a chance. 22 totally broken.

Wow! :hit So sorry!

So is chainlink a material you can buy fairly cheap in your area?

In our area it is beyond expensive. DH and I came across 5 rolls of chainlink on our property after we bought it and listed it for $1000 online. It was gone within days and the people thought we were giving it away.
I actually bought most of this as premade dog kennel panels. The 10X10 size. Some if them are kennel panels we hand built. Chain link is fairly expensive.

I bought 10x10x6 panels from TSC usually when it goes in sale. It us what works for us. It is disconnect panels, move the chicken yard and reconnect panels.

Do what?
What kind of plastic egg holders?
You dont mean those plastic eggs sold around easter time always bags of them dirt cheap in clearance bins?
Are they new at this?
I have had my share of lousy egg wrappers from ebay sellers. And they had great marks when I was buying. So I graded according to being wrapped and delivery. An that is all and then nothing hatches. Possibly bc of the wrapping of plastic and tape. One seller it took several minutes per egg to unwrap
And still did not hatch. May not have been their fault bc I have had boxes put on the counter dripping in a plastic bag. What gives? I order books from amazon and they ship from Fargo and I order eggs from the next state and they are all smashed and box is crunched and warped.

@ApiaryandAviary, I did some double checking. Spangled orps are recessive for the spangling. If you breed a spangled to a lavender you're going to get a plain black bird that will carry the genes to produce spangled and lavender birds if bred to the right birds or breed the offspring back together.

I've actually bubbled wrapped each egg individually and then stuck them in those plastic easter eggs. Then packed around all the plastic eggs so they couldn't move. Eggs actually shipped really awesome that way!
