YES he uses lots of words that no white person can ever use today without enormous repercussions.

HOWEVER, I think it is important to see how blacks were looked at back then. I think it is important to understand the culture of the time, and where we have come from and how our society has changed.

If you hide how we used to be, how can you actually understand how we are now?

Anyone see or drink one of those new "medicinal" beers I have heard about?

They use weeds or odd plants and brew up beer that is also good for stomach pains, or migraines, or whatever.

I like Oatmeal bread for breakfast.
My hubby is my hero.
We are almost home.
He bought a Lightning pickup for our son, a bribe to get better. He is still in the VAMC hospital. The VA might let him out in a month or two.
