Yep, I was just at my parents... They RECYCLE everything! I couldn't figure any of it out.

I felt like a two year old... I had to hand my mommy all of my garbage, because I couldn't figure out what to do with it.

OMG I just saw the date 7-7 It's my BIRTHDAY, and I forgot all about it

Funny how things slip the mind when you have insomnia. It's also garbage day and I forgot which lidded container is for food garbage and which is for recycle stuff. One has a yellow top and one has a black top. I was fine doing it all this time and now just realized I can't remember. Guess I will have to inspect the neighbor's garbage and see how they did it.

I wasn't quite done yet, watched some Netflix, now I'm definitely done 1:30am, and then I see....

Well good morning & happy birthday Diva! For your birthday today I will be working, then running a 5k and (most exciting) our broody mama's eggs are due to hatch!!!!!

We have been so freaking busy that I never got to separate her from the flock. So, last night little girl & I removed her and her 9 eggs from her throne (4 foot high nest box). Just afraid the chicks will tumble out or one of the other 144 chickens will get in her nest box and hurt them. While we were moving them, the eggs were peeping!!! We put them in a dog crate. Broody mama seemed to adjust well. I was very happy to see that. They don't like to be moved. Well I'm headed out there now to give her feed & water in little chick mason jar type thingys. I'll let you all know if any have hatched yet......By the way, don't tell DH. He still does not know. He has been threatening to call Dr Phil for intervention. LOL! Dr. Phil would need a psychologist after talking with me. I'll give him a few (20) chickens to start out with.
