Urg... I'll try... never done vids before... :/

Sounds just like the boys, ecxept pitch is different... slightly higher... I could've sworn I heard a quack or 2 once in a blue moon, but doesn't sound like Lady Grey at all, lol... :idunno

Oh, and the other 3 all have their drake feathers now, that one has none...

lovely! *sarcasm* don't you love customers like that!! I worked 4 years in retail, I get it.

See, I work in retail but I am the receiver for the store. I do inventory, keep the front and sidelot organized and clean, run the forklift, do paperwork that controls inventory, blah, blah, blah. While I am not saying I should never fill a propane tank, it is actually not my job to fill every single one (95% of them). My job is not customer service and working the sales floor. My job is hiding in the backroom and running the behind the scenes of the store!!! My manager is poor at his job and has failed again and again to schedule training so the others can be trained so they can go fill tanks and not just me being there to do them. There are a few others who are trained but they either work nights or they are too lazy to go do it while I am there. My store manager is the worst. He will go out of his way to find me to ask me to go fill the tanks when they come in. He may spend 15 minutes looking for me before he finds me. Then he will stare at me till I go fill it. I am thinking, seriously??? IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN YOU LESS TIME TO DO IT YOURSELF! UHG, stupidity runs super rampant at work...

You might just have to wait and see how this one grows up to be... Breeding takes soo much patience. Not sure how you do it! Do you ever turn your incubators off?

My "season" here is so short for it I am already thinking about when to start it again next year. Come winter I know I'll want to get a Brinsea that holds 40 eggs for spring.. going full out with all the bells and whistles.

yep, in October [at the latest, may quit earlier this year) I quit for the year. That way by the time cold weather sets in the youngest birds will be 2.5 to 3 months old and able to withstand being outside in cooler temperatures.
