For temperatures we've been in the 70's F. Not bad, but I'd prefer Alaskan's temperatures too. Minus the earth quake.

the trick is not being at home when the guy comes. We had ours done last week. Put money in a ziploc bag, place on tank and put rock over it. Guy comes as promised and pumps out and takes money.

ok, I am 18 pages behind so not even attempting to play catchup.
@Alaskan - seems no matter where I see you, you are discussing something to do with excrement!

Did a little "rock and roll" huh? Any cracks in anything?

After seeing some of others temps, I am not going to complain about suffering in the high 80's here. It is starting to get pretty "crispy", we need rain now.
Nothing new here. Just harvesting piles of yummy veggies. Last night it was steaks on the barbie, fresh dug baked potatoes and fresh green beans and snowpeas.
Too warm in the kitchen to do stirfry tonight so it's going to be a veggie loaded salad for me and BLT's for hubby. Tomorrow it's putting up everything in the freezer.

All the critters doing well, the girls still laying but slowed down some in the heat. That's ok, I'm still a good 3 dozen eggs ahead in the fridge.
Ok, my life is just boring but busy so I will go back to lurking and trying to keep up. Hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer.

@bamadude , it's been hotter in Ohio than Alabama??? I have no AC in the car, so I am breaking a sweat on the way to work and definitely sweating on the way home! UGH!

I'm heading out to see if I can get a few pics of the puddles in my yard. It almost makes me sick to look at the garden. It's wasted and done.

There was no way to pull the weeds, it was pulling out all of the soil as well. No way to rototill. It is what it is and it's wasted. Maybe next year.

Ravyn... That chick is a cool, who knows what color.... I sure hope it does well so that we can watch it feather out.

Bama... I think tornadoes are way scarier... I saw the wizard of oz... I know what tornadoes can do i would love some 90F though!


BC, the guy we use to pump out (only guy in town), charges by how many gallons that he sucks out... No way to know how many until after he does it, so no way to know the exact cost ahead of time.

Your tadpoles in every puddle is actually kind of freaky.
