Al, what's wrong with you? Rhubarb is delicious, in jam or especially in pie, with vanilla sauce (or custard as it really is called in English). Although vanilla sauce here tends to be a bit looser than custard.

Oh yeah, we've got some eggs cooking too. Now if we could only get someone to go broody. I wonder if we should add some more golf balls, there's just 4 right now.
 
Ohhh, I love rhubarb! Just cook it down add just enough sugar to sweeten but still tart. Warm in a bowl, or cold, nothing else.
Put it on biscuits or angel food cake...
Good to top vanilla ice cream also.
Rhubarb upside down cake instead of pineapple.

yah I know it's not canning season but I did score the half off jars woohoo and I have buncha stuff in the freezer I need to do and put off figure might be good to do before this years yields come in LOL
