Oh, dear... I have a very dirty mind...

FOR THE DROOOL!!

Dremel tool or grinder.
I used dog clippers on my giant, nails and spurs, gave him a pedicure for his girls :-D
His spurs weren't that long though, I just wanted to take the tips off.

never thought about the dremel tool. Good idea!

I use the sanding tube on my dremel. Works great. Just be careful not to sand down too much at a time, since friction will make the spur hot.
