DIY CABINET COOLER INCUBATOR How we did it and TEST RUN Ready Set GO!

WOW! I must be really busy lately to have missed this thread. Glad you guys were talking about it, so I could come see. Now I need to keep coming back till I've read every word. I'm so hyped about the way they sit and how much room there is.

i use them routinely

They are great. mine are about 50mm and fit perfectly in front of an 80mm case fan

I am thinking about starting a diy bator.... This heat source, do you mount it? (oh btw I am an electrical idiot lmbo) I am wading through the 300 plus posts here. I am thinking the S-1000 thermostat??? I have 2 small fans on the way and will have a bator slightly smaller than Sally Sunshines. I guess I am just looking for some guidance. I am trying to go as cheap as possible without killing quality. I am just not happy with my styro bators temp fluctuations and want to try something else. Any advice (from anyone) is welcome AND appreciated!

I candled my cooler bator eggs this morn, today is day 4.

9 light brown eggs were set so I could see best for my test run and 7 of the 9 show veining! I think the other 2 were refrigerator eggs which is why they are showing veining(at least not yet).

I had also set Marans eggs in with them the same day only because I had a customer no show and couldn't bring myself to put them in the fridge So I am trusting that they are veining also.
