Perfect, thank you. They have enough space to move out of the light, and since I wake every couple hours anyways I will keep checking the temps. Really appreciate your time, this can be quite nerve wracking for a newbie.

I was right there with you, a couple of short weeks ago! They seemed so tiny and fragile. This stage gets easier quickly.

We have a thermometer that you can read remotely. It was right beside my bed, so I could check their temp all through the night. So different now! As you get to know them, you can learn to read their signals, and as @Wyorp Rock said, they will make it clear.

Remember they are birds. They were once only raised outdoors by their mama hens, who didn’t own a single thermometer! :oops:

Enjoy the little peepers. They’ll be adolescents before you know it!
