I realize that this thread is pretty old, but if someone happens to be Googling the possibility of DNA sexing chicks, I've just started offering a service specifically for this.
I'm a chicken-obsessed mom, with a background in molecular genetics. Because I've raised cockerels I wasn't able to keep, my desire is to help folks identify their boys as early as possible.
