Do 3 hens go broody they have been mated and other chick raising questions

I not sure what you're asking. Hens don't need to mate in order to go broody. Broodiness is a hormone thing that doesn't require a rooster to trigger it. If there is a rooster and he mated with the hens, that doesn't mean any of the hens will automatically go broody. Chances are, they won't. Heritage breeds (bred according to the breed standard) have a better chance of going broody than production birds. Birds, even of Heritage breeds, that have been bred for increased egg production are less likely to go broody.
Can they lay chicks?

Does a hatchery vaccinated over grown hen's chicks need to be vaccinated?
A vaccinated bird won't pass on the immunity to its offspring. If you want vaccinated birds, you have to vaccinate each generation.
Can chicks go outside
Chicks can go outside depending on weather and age.
A mother hen will take chicks out to forage when they are a couple days old.
Can they lay chicks?
Can hens lay chicks? No, they lay eggs. If the hen is mated by a rooster, her eggs will be fertile starting a couple days after the mating and remain so for about 3 weeks.
Then, if the eggs are incubated either by a hen or proper artificial incubation, they can hatch into chicks.

Excellent post from a very patient and knowledgeable man. I commend you.

I recommend the OP get a good beginner chicken keeping book and read it over and over, cover to cover.
For small flocks, "City Chicks" is a good one.
Gail Damerow's "The Chicken Health Handbook" is a must for any chicken keeper.
Both can be had used on Amazon for very little.

Ok but if the hen is vaccinated when she is a chick, does her chicks need vaccinated?
As has been pointed out, hens don't pass vaccinations on to her chicks. If you want the chicks to be vaccinated, they'll have to be done individually. As so what vaccinations they might need, no one on the Internet can tell you that. Contact your regional agri folks -- the state veterinarian or the University's Agricultural department -- to find out what diseases they are monitoring in your area. The vaccine for Marek's is optional, and when the topic comes up, there is always heated debate on the topic.

Can they lay chicks?
No, Hens don't lay chicks. They lay eggs that need to be incubated for 21 days (give or take) in order to hatch chicks. if eggs are collected daily, even if they are fertilized, they won't grow chicks. If you want chicks, you'll need a broody hen or an incubator.
