Do chickens get lonely??

i am going to buy 1 andalusian 5 orpingtons and 1 iowa blues will the andlusian and iowa blues get lonley since there is only 1 of that breed?

As long as you are going to keep them all together they'll be fine. Chickens get lonely when there's only one chicken. Other than that, they don't care about breed.

It seems to me that chickens are far more willing to flock with "others" than many humans! I hope your birds will be as happy together as mine seem to be.

I've been working and DS has been home. Obelisk has been sitting on the arm of the couch and watching him play video games and listen to music.

Keeping a mixed flock wont be a problem. I dont believe chickens get "breed lonely."
Now one bird alone can get lonely.
