I moved the duck house out there but they are still going in the big coop with the girls. I wait till the girls have mostly roosted before spoiling them lol!

It is unseasonably cooler than the usual October here, and my ducks are unreasonably more demanding. They pour out of their shelter in the morning, yelling for food before I even feed the sheep and goats. By the time I finish with the four-leggeds, the ducks want a second round of breakfast -- and of course, they still want dinner, too!

I do believe my Runner eat more than my Muscovy. I think it's due to their high metabolism and the fact they are so busy running. lol

My Muscovys are the size of Cocoa already!!!

They are getting colorful that's for sure. Well my farmer daughter lol (TSC worker) said they both look female because both their tail feathers are flat like a fan. I am 98% sure Cocoa is a female now, but her wing feathers are sooo long they cover her butt lol. I just had a run tarp fail, so if I can get it fixed quick I will get pictures today. Been raining non stop since Tuesday, ugh!

Mine for sure eat more when it gets colder. They are being demanding too about it. I feel like they are yelling for me to bring them some more food and snacks.
