Setting eggs in the morning and wondering if they need to be turned the first day or start on day 2?

Setting eggs in the morning and wondering if they need to be turned the first day or start on day 2?

When eggs are being stored for incubating they need to be turned 2 or 3 times a day. Some people say 5 times a day. So I always assumed they should be turned on the first day in the incubator too. It may not be what the 'experts' recommend, but it's what I do.
