do hens have spurs?

1of 3 i just noticed she has spurs. She lays small white eggs. The other two don't have spurs, though?

Yes - some hens grow spurs and some roosters go through life spurless. They are all individuals.

Yes, they are very much individuals. I've had several hens of different breeds with spurs here. I have one adult rooster who has no spurs and another who was born with a spur bud on only one leg (hence his moniker, Deacon, The One Spur Wonder, LOL)
