Do Hens Lay Eggs in the Evening?

Mine will lay the same time give or take an hour.If they stop laying then start again the timeline will change. Like summer they layed in the morning.Then stoped for a week in december then started again now they lay at around 7:30 pm

I just thought of something, darn when i went out to collect the eggs about 5ish, one of my brahma hens was just going in and I forgot to look when I closed them up, it'll probably be frozen and split by morning..
