Do I have a roo?

Hi all wondering if I could get some feedback? I am fairly new to raising chicken. I have successfully raised a batch of 7 for almost 2 years and got a new batch a month or so ago. One of the bantams that I got is acting an awful lot like a roo and I just want to be sure before I give it away because she/he is SO pretty and sweet!

How old is he/she? The redness is saying roo but depends on its age?
