Do I have a Rouen or a wild mallard egg!?

Hi y’all. Came across a destroyed duck nest at my local park. One egg I managed to find buried a little deeper that was still in good shape. Others cracked and thrown probably by children
I raise birds for a living and am licensed. Anyways. At the park there are plenty of wild mallards, Pekins, and rouens. I know it’s not a pekin egg as the egg is the standard greenish mallard looking type. Are Rouen eggs noticeably larger than mallards ? And are they the same color and texture ? I cannot find this information online I don’t know why. Haha. Photo attached.

It should be..I always get confused but one has two eye stripes and the other has one. Might be a cross too so you will have to wait and see.

Of course. I’m candling in 5 days to even see if it’s fertile. The female hadn’t started incubating yet.

My rouens eggs are noticeably bigger in size than my mallards. According to mezter farms website 35% of rouens will lay bluish eggs while 70% of mallards will lay bluish eggs. Rouens eggs usually weigh around 80-95 grams while mallards weigh around 65-75 grams.Good luck hatching!

However, without a standard egg to compare it to, you’ll have to wait until the egg hatches to be sure of breed. Here is a size comparison of a standard duck egg and the one my crested grey mallard hen laid this morning.
