Do I have a Silkie rooster?

I have three chickens that I purchased in March. One ameraucana and two silkies. I previously has a leg horn who showed rooster signs so we needed to rehome him. I live in a residential neighborhood and I can be fined for noise disturbance which is why I needed to rehome him.

One of my silkies started laying one month ago. But my other is not laying. Can you help me figure out is it’s a rooster? The brown one is laying. White is not. Also the white one is not friendly and scared of me but my other chickens love me and will roost on my knee for a couple mins when I sqwat next to them and pet them.

hmmm the brown is more like boy white hen but silky either lay or crow to be sure

I guess it is the waiting game now the white does not crow or lay right now, nor am I seeing signs of laying. Does not check out the coop during the morning/day and will roost way up high in the coop for sleeping. Also the temperament is not like my other chickens, it just doesn't seem to like eating out of my hand while the other chickens literally come full sprint to me
