So, Im really hungry . . .
I was planning on processing all my chukar over the last weekend, but decided one more week of corn-fed couldnt hurt.

I really wanna just go butcher my 2 biggest fatty chukars and cook em up for this evenings dinner.

They would go from the cage to the oven in about 10 mins, and my plan is to cook them wrapped in tinfoil to steam them, thus making them tender and juicy . . . Right?

Just thinking about it is making my stomach growl, please hurry with some opinions.

The Chukar were rasied in the same fashion as a cornishx chicken, but these guys get their weight at 16 weeks(which mine are).
I took them off of processd feed about a lttle less than a month ago, they have been eating alfalfa pellets(rabbit) and corn only since then.
They have always been confined and CANT fly as they have never exercised their wings like that, they can flutter like a chicken tho.

I have eaten them already, but after having aged them several days . . .
