do I have to put them our at 9 weeks

I have 12 chick's and I was woundering if I have to put them out at 9 weeks,see my yard is really big it's a farm yard but I have alot of cycotes and I'm afraid to put them out being small,even thow they will be in a pen with electric fence still a little afraid

They have a solid coop for night? A solid run for the day? A lid on the run?

If so then put them out! They need the sunshine and will be better off getting outside.

Keep them in the coop yes closed in for a few days so they know that is home. Then they can hit the run and will go in when it is sleeping time.

They'll have to go out eventually ... nine weeks is past time. If your coop and run are not secure, best get on it!
