My roo just started crowing recently, and he's remarkably quiet. I could barely hear him this morning when I went inside to finish getting ready after I opened up the coop. I think this is great, since it means he won't be waking me up at 5 AM, but I'm wondering if roosters get louder as they get older. Will I have to worry about him irritating my family a few months from now?
