Do silkie chicks have lumps on their head?

My second silkie chick just hatched and I noticed a bulge on its head. Is this normal? My first chick had nothing of such sort.

Is it fluff? If it is then your chick has some polish in them!

Vaulted skull. It means the skull didn't close all the way and the brain bulges a bit. It does happen in silkies but not ideal.

A while. Unless the develop noticeable combs/wattles young. It also depends on how close to show quality they are. The better the quality, the harder it is to tell. I'd say at least 3 months. Males get large mulberry colored combs and wattles, plus streamers on their head that look like fly away hairs. Females have a round, smooth crest and take a long while to develop comb and wattles.

Silkies should have dark skin on their feet and dark beaks (as in black or dark grey). Is pic 1 a mix? Or maybe a different breed?
Looks like a cute normal silkie in pic 2.
