Do split cameos have any identifying markers?

So I have the opportunity to pick up 3-2 year old IB males for $25 each. The guy told me that he’s gotten a few cameo chicks over the past few years offspring. All his birds came from the same 2 parents, both IB obviously with someone carrying cameo, so they should have the same odds of carrying cameo genes as well. I figure at the least the male is split to cameo, seeing as how few cameo chicks he’s produced. If both parents were split wouldn’t more chicks be cameo?

Are there any identifying markers on an IB split cameo cock? Anything I should look for to clue me in?

We’ll probably pick them up anyways seeing as they are pretty cheap and we’ve had good luck with previous birds from him. And who wouldn’t love coming home to a few pretty blue boys grazing in the yard.

I have a four year old India blue peacock split to cameo and he just looks like a normal India blue. I just found out he was split to cameo last year when I got three cameo peahen chicks out of him.
