Do these chicks look healthy?

My DH and I are clueless newbies when it comes to chickens and even we were shocked at how poor those birds looked. It doesn't even look like they have the strength to hold themselves up off the ground! We'd pass on them if it were us.

...surprised no one suggested to RESCUE these poor birds from that guy! They look like they would rather be dead!!
