Do these eggs look ok? Kinda concerned about them! First time with call duck hatching eggs!

Do you have a small cup or container that would fit in your incubator? For ducklings that are still attached or need more time to absorb the yolk I put paper towels in small clear container that way they can't crawl around or be trampled by the others. I do slightly damp the top paper towel to prevent the ducklings navel from actually drying to the paper towels. We buy the small round clear takeout containers (think takeout Chinese soup container) in bulk which fit perfectly inside my incubator so I use those.

Thank you! So he broke off and is now not attached to the egg. He seems very weak and is not sitting up at all.

Ducklings more often then not take a few hours to get their feet under them which is normal as it takes all of their energy to hatch
You just want to be looking for slowly increased movement over the next few hours. However, any assisted hatches I've had look like they're on deaths door by the time they make it out of the shell and often take a little longer. I usually keep them in the incubator until fully fluffed instead of moving them to the brooder right away especially if they had a hard hatch. For any ducklings that still appear weak before I move them to the brooder I draw up .25 poultry cell in a needless syringe and add a single drop to the inside of their bill, allow them to "chew" a few times and continue until it's empty. You could first try just diluting some electrolytes and vitamins in their water, but with any assisted hatches or ducklings that appear a little weaker I've found giving orally vs. diluting works much better.

No, it doesn’t look like it is! He’s starring to get up and move around more! I’m just leaving him in the incubator!
Yea I’d leave him in the incubator for a while. Does it look like a fluid filled blob? Is there much still sticking out? Hopefully it will continue to absorb. Immobilization is your best bet.

No nothing is sticking out now he finished absorbing it all! He’s doing better every time I check on him! Also how can I tell if they are good quality?

how can I tell if they are good quality
If you are wanting to know "quality" based on show standards, body shape, size, color, bill length, I don't think you can really tell that as ducklings.
Perhaps people experience with show quality calls that have done a lot of hatching might be able to have a clue. But no way to really know until they fill out and are full size.
