Do these hackle feathers make my pullet a roo? (pics included)

Did you get them from a hatchery as pullets? I had that last year. 9 pullets and 1 cockerel, it happens. Honestly, I always wanted to buy them that way because it is a ready made flock but that's not how they sell them.

Yes, I paid the extra for just pullets. The hatchery has a 90 or 95% (I can't remember which) sex gaurantee so I am still very happy with my order and would order from them again.

those are strange neck feathers but where are the rooster saddle feathers and tail?

that's a pullet's back end!

white leghorns are ready to lay by 18 to 20 weeks of age at the latest and get super big floppy red combs.

has it crowed yet? leghorns mature early, if it was a rooster it should have crowed by now.

I vote girl.

I have 4 that have huge red floppy combs but they freeze and squat everytime we go near them. I have not heard him/her crow yet and I am up early. The one in question is the only one with these feathers. Here's a better side view and I will try to get a shot straight down for the saddle feathers.

that is because they are either laying or ready to lay and accept you as their rooster :)

the one in the photo does not have a huge floppy comb yet so perhaps a couple weeks shy of squatting and then laying...

we really need a close-up whole body shot or bigger pics to tell ;-)

I have 2 Buff Leghorns. 1 of them has a small pale comb the other has a large red comb with the same hackle feathers. The saddle feathers on mine are not pointy , they are round like yours. I was wondering if the one was a rooster but I don't think so. They should start laying soon
