Mine is going through the voice change now too and today I heard a definite female quack.Yes but still kinda baby like. They are going through voice change
I’m not sure how hardy they are my Perkins did well this winter and we got down into the negatives.Ok. I am in Wisconsin so how will they handle the winters?
They are going through voice change now lol. They aren’t sound like my drake Peking duck lol. I’m hoping for all girl and if they are I’d feel like the luckiest personMy two drakes had curly tail feathers around that age, they look female to me.
The face is so sweet. Haha not very convincing I know. The one in the left corner looks like a girl, and the others may be boys because their bills are so long. But I could be completely wrong. It took me months to figure out which was which in my duck flock. Another tip is the drakes stay peeping the longest. They don't start rasping until much later
