Orpingtons aren't known for maturing especially early, so don't hold your breath yet. I think you have a good month or so until you have eggs.
 
thanks the compliments...she was pretty vocal the other day which startled me. I Have not noticed squating yet. and she shows no interesting in the nesting boxes. I will try and be patient ...

Besides an enlarged, reddened comb - before laying pullets may squat when you touch their backs - as they would for a rooster. They also may check out best boxes. Sometimes placing a golf ball or two gives them the idea what goes in a nest box. BTW you have some beautiful girls.
