Do we have any raw milk drinkers here?

i have not had it in a long time over 40 years. i liked it then , i don't know if my taste buds have change. would like to try it again if i can find it?

when i was little i used to go and get a cup with chocolate powder, and go get me a fresh cup of cow milk, every morning before i went to school,and now i just cant wait till i find me a good milking cow,anybody got one for sale???

In CA they pay $20 per gallon.
So anything less then that is a good deal. We pay $5 per gallon of milk, and $5 per quart of super thick cream.
DH and I head up one of the driving co-ops for our farmer, so we get $1 per share that is sold each week.

Awesome. It is up to $8 a gallon in my area.

I would love to go in halvies with anyone who wants to own a cow in Middle Tennessee.

We get ours from sweet Jersey cows- for $5 a gallon. It's still great stuff.

We get raw goats milk from a relatives place just down the road.

When I was like 15, my family would line up every Saturday with empty milk jugs at the local dairy, with 20 other families or so, to buy "milk for the cat" at a dollar a gallon. It being illegal to sell raw milk for human consumption and all. The "cat" really liked it and would drink 5 gallons a week.
