Do we have any woodworkers or lumber experts?

Just wondering because I'm having a hard time figuring out how much certain types of wood are worth. I do pyrography (woodburning) and I just brought in 3 pieces of repurposed redwood. When I sell them, I'd like to get at least enough to cover how much the wood is worth. But I have no clue how much the wood is worth by itself. They are panels that were originally painted red, then we found them, planed the paint off and sanded them down smooth. They are 6.5in x 9.5in and 6.5in x 10.5in. About a quarter inch thick. Very nice looking pieces - straight grain. Any ideas how much they are worth? I don't want to sell myself short when I could be using these for other projects. But I think these will make wonderful artwork!

Now, on to the woodworking part of the thread. You are welcome to show off what you have made!

I love seeing handmade things. My dad loves woodworking and has always dreamed of having a shop just for it. For now we just have everything crammed into the garage, LOL.
