There is nothing gonna be wrong with the early eggs that is a health threat, they just have a higher chance of being a little odd (no yolk, meat spots, etc) although plenty of them are normal.
And the chance of these things in the *first* egg is no higher IME than the chance of 'em in the *second* egg
I don't eat really weird eggs with rubbery or membranous shells, and I don't bother with the tiny little 'wind eggs'; but I honestly cannot see any reason not to eat basically-plausible-looking pullet eggs in general.
