I don't know if this counts as a sign (I have the "welcome to our farm" sign on the front) but I went a little crazy the other day and added these inside the coop... haha... Printed out some clip art and cut out stencils... I have too much time on my hands!!

I have chicken coop on the top door of the chicken tractor. And then pasture raised across the back. The coop is painted green but the letters are in red and it also has shoe prints in red all over it. I will post pictures later.
