Yes they both still apply.
I know you said "law" but whether its a law, ordinance, restriction or whatever it is what it is.
You may get away with it but if push comes to shove you will lose.
Its like speeding. Maybe you dont mind speeding and maybe everyone else dont mind either but that doesnt make it ok to. You may get away with it but if you do get caught you will pay the costs.

I'm looking at the sweeter heater at my pet chicken. Since i know that in order to alter the temperture you move the heater up, is the sweeter heater (or all heaters for chicks) like hanging over the brooder side? or are they on a a stand?

also, do you need a plug in order to power heaters?
