also, if it says the coop can't be within 35 feet of the neighbors residence due to noise, will it still apply if your neighbors say it is ok if they ARE within 35 feet?

and if the law says it has to be 20 ft. from OUR house, can it be closer if we are okay with it?

If its the city law that your coop can't be within 35 feet of the neighbors yard, than I would ask the city if you could just put it there because my neighbors don't care. Yes, if you are ok with it, I think you should be able to put your coop closer than 20 feet if you want.

What genetics would the baby have?

They would have feathered feet and 5 toes, some would probably not have 5 toes, and some might. Great question and thank you!!!
